General Operations

You will be billed monthly by the M.A. The fee, due on the first of each month, is made payable to Partridge Berry Hills Condominium and mailed to PO Box 9588, Manchester, NH 03108-9588, or placed in the box at the mailbox.

Any requests for service to the common area, complaints or rules violations must be in writing, signed with your unit number and mailed to the M.A. or placed in the above boxes. These are emptied daily by the M.A.

Please do not talk to employees or contractors. If you have a problem, communicate it to the M.A. in writing.
