Clubhouse Operations

Our clubhouse is open from 5:30 P.M. to 9:30 P.M. weekdays and 12:00 noon to 9:30 P.M. on Saturdays.

The pool is available to all residents and owners from 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. daily. You may obtain key to the pool area for $8.00 from the M.A. for use when the clubhouse monitor is off duty. Passes and keys are only valid for the resident to whom it was issued. Residents may bring up to two guests (per unit) to the clubhouse. Guests must be accompanied by resident.

Clubhouse Rules - Effective March 11, 1986

1.	Clubhouse privileges are reserved for residents who are in good standing and their guests, and are subject to the rules contained herein. The Board of Directors (Board) or Managing Agent may withdraw these privileges for cause at their discretion.
2.	The Monitor is responsible with management for enforcing all rules, and has the authority of the Board to remove individuals from the Clubhouse and to recommend revocation of privileges for continued or flagrant violations.
3.	Violations of any of the rules in this document will have the following penalties: First Violation - Loss of Clubhouse privileges for one week; Second Violation - Loss of Clubhouse privileges for one month; Third Violation - Loss of Clubhouse privileges for one year. Policy Resolution 4 applies for appeals.
4.	Anyone using the Clubhouse must refrain from any conduct or action which disturbs others or which might result in personal injury or damage to the facility. Residents are responsible for damage done by their guests of themelves.
5.	Guests are limited to two (2) per unit and must leave when the resident(s) leave. Additional guests may he permutted by the Monitor depending upon the number of people in the Clubhouse. Individuals under eighteen (<18) are permitted one guest into the Clubhouse.
6.	Any residents or guests using the Clubhouse do so at their own risk.
7.	Everyone must present a valid Clubhouse pass and must register when arriving at the Clubhouse, and sign out when leaving. This will serve as a factual source of information as to the time and days when the Clubhouse is used, who is using it, forecasts any congestion problems, and for safety.
8.	The Clubhouse, unless otherwise specified herein, is open Monday through Friday from 5:30 P.M. to 9:20 P.M. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 12 Noon to 9:20 P.M., and then only when an authorized Clubhouse Monitor is present. Usage at any other time must have specific authorization from the Board or the Managing Agent.
9.	All children under the age of thirteen (<13) must be accompanied and supervised by an adult while using the Clubhouse.
10.	Clubhouse passes must he used to check out any equipment. A Monitor must approve all equipment checkouts.
11.	Alcoholic beverages of any kind are not permitted within the Clubhouse.
12.	The fireplaces are not to be used without the permission and direct supervision of the Monitor. All fires must be kept under control and to a reasonable size.

Additional Game Room Rules

1.	The Pool Table is not to be used by anyone under sixteen (<16) except that children aged thirteen (13+) or over may play with direct adult supervision.
2.	The combined occupancy limit for the Game Room and the Upstairs Room is forty-nine (49) people. The Monitor must refuse admission to people after this limit has been reached.
