New owners and lessees are required to attend an Orientation within 2 weeks of moving into a home at Partridge Berry Hills. |

The fee for the Orientation is $25.00 which can be paid at the Orientation. |

Failure to attend an Orientation will result in a $50.00 fine charged to the ownter of the unit. |

Forward a copy of your executed lease or rental agreement. The following paragraph must be included: "This lease is made in all respects subject to the Lessor's obligations created by the Law and by the Partridge Berry Hills Condominium Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, Bylaws, and resolutions, rules and regulations adopted or to be adopted by the Condominium or its Board of Directors. Evidence of violations of these obligations shall be due cause for eviction from the premises. The Condominium Documents are entrusted and presented herewith to the tenant and must be returned to the Lessor upon termination of this agreement. A copy of this lease shall be filed by the unit owners with the Board of Directors of Partridge Berry Hills Condominium at the following address: PARTRIDGE BERRY HILLS CONDOMINIUM |
