DO NOT throw hosehold trash in the laundry room wastebaskets!
Charcoal Grills and Smokers
As of 4/7/00 charcoal grills are no longer permitted at Partridge Berry Hills as per the National Fire Protections Association (NFPA) code. All charcoal grills were to be removed by 5/1/00. Any unit in violation will be fined $25 plus any action by the Nashua Fire Department.
Control of Pets

NO pet is allowed in or on the Common property unless it in on a leash and attached only to the owner or other responsible individual.

NO pet shall be allowed to defecate or urinate on the Common property. Owners are required to pick up after their dog's with pooper scoopers.
Anyone violating thess rule will be assessed a fine in accordance with Policy Resolution XIII.
Littering
There will be no littering! Paper, cans, buttles, cigarette butts, foods, and other trash are to be deposited only in appropriate trash containers, and under no circumstances are such items to be dropped or left on the grounds or other common areas.
Patio Usage

The only items that may be kept on the patio are porch furniture, approved barbecue equipment, and plants.

Bicycles, sporting goods, toys, baby carriages, and other personal articles and equipment must be kept within the unit.

No cloths, linens, or other materials shall be hund, shaken, or draped from a balcony or railing or otherwise left or place in such a way to be exposed to public view.
Pool Rules
-
The pool is open from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

No child under 12 years of age is allowed in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult.

Everyone must register when arriving at the pool and sign out when leaving.

All permitted individuals must have their ID cars in their possession in the pool area.
Rotary Driving
Stay to the right when driving around the rotary for safety's sake.
Security Doors
The security doors are there for the safety of all residents. DO NOT PROP THEM OPEN for any reason.
Sink Drains

Residents are reminded that NO GREASE or OIL is to be poured down the drains in thier unit.

Run the water while running the garbage disposal.
Shoes in the Hallway
-
At no time are shoes to be left in the hallway of any building.

Shoes left in the hallway will be removed
Trash Disposal

Large boxes need to be broken down before being put in the dumpster.

All other large items must be taken to the large dumpster at the clubhouse.
